We loved staying at this hotel! The location was amazing, as it was right next to the theme park. This made it super convenient for us to enjoy the park without wasting any time on transportation. The staff was friendly and even helped us with the Express Butler Queue system in the park, which saved us from queuing in the pouring rain with our 4-year-old. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with all the amenities we needed, including an in-room safe, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV.

Dinner and breakfast were great. Staff very nice and courteous . And there is a lot on offer for children. We felt very comfortable, but unfortunately our stay was too short

The hotel had a great location and was walking distance to all the attractions. the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options and was included in the price. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions.

The hotel rooms were not updated and felt a bit outdated. the noise from the streets outside could be heard at night and made it difficult to sleep at times.

The location of Heide Park Abenteuerhotel is perfect with young children, as it is situated right next to the theme park. Even in the pouring rain, it is just a short walk to the park, making it convenient for families to enjoy the attractions without getting wet. the staff at the hotel are also helpful, providing assistance with the Express Butler Queue system, which allows guests to skip the lines in the theme park. the rooms are clean, themed, and offer a great view of the park.

The reception staff could improve their level of service by being more attentive and responsive to all guests, regardless of age or group composition.

Had a great time celebrating new year at a pirate-themed hotel. Loved the attention to detail in the rooms and the overall atmosphere. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. The hotel's proximity to the amusement park was very convenient.

The rooms could get quite hot without air conditioning, and the swimming pool could get overcrowded during busy times. However, overall, the experience was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it!

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great swimming pool and a nice area for kids to play. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Plus, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and offered a wide variety of options.
